First, make sure you have the SmartBox turned on and connected to the app. Before you put the app in ‘searching mode’, make sure the SmartWave is on standby. There should be one blue light showing; if there are two, the keypad is locked, and you must unlock it by pressing Standby and UP simultaneously.
Then, put the app in ‘searching’ mode by pressing “Start Search”. Once the app is searching, put the radiator in link mode by pressing and holding the UP and DOWN buttons SIMULTANEOUSLY for 3 seconds. If that doesn’t work, tap and release the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously.
As long as the SmartBox is in range, it should detect the radiator and add it to the app. If this doesn’t happen, try moving the radiator closer to the SmartBox or vice versa.
